I had the privilege of being a member of Dr. Hicks church in Ashland ,Ky when I was growing up as a teenager. His teaching still influences my life. He lived what he preached and though he was a big man he was gentle and loved his church members and God. His sermon “There must be a heaven somewhere is one I have in a booklet that I still read every so often.
